ReSTART: Sesiunea nr. 5 de ghidare și consiliere în carieră a masteranzilor specialităților economice
În data de 13 februarie 2020, la Facultatea de Științe Reale, Economice și ale Mediului ale Universității de Stat „Alecu Russo” din Bălți, în cadrul Proiectului RESTART (nr. 585353-EPP-1-2017-1-RO-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP, Reinforce entrepreneurial and digital skills of students and teachers to enhance the modernization of higher education in MOLDOVA), a fost organizată a cincea Sesiune de Ghidare și Consiliere în Carieră pentru studenții masteranzi de la specialitățile Contabilitate, Management financiar, Managementul serviciilor publice, Bănci și Asigurări.
Sesiunea a demarat cu prezentarea dnei Ludmila Prociuc, Director Incubatorul de Afaceri or. Sângerei și reprezentantul local al Organizației pentru Dezvoltarea Businessului Mic și Mijlociu din Republica Moldova (ODIMM). Participanților la sesiune le-au fost prezentate ofertele de finanțare pentru businessul mic și mijlociu din Republica Moldova, oportunitățile de dezvoltare a afacerilor pentru tinerii antreprenori și suportul de consultanță și finanțare oferite femeilor de afaceri.
În cadrul sesiunii masteranzii au participat la elaborarea planurilor de dezvoltare personală în carieră, au realizat analiza SWOT al abilităților și competențelor lor profesionale, au indicat posibilitățile de dezvoltare personală profesională oferite de businessul local, piața forței de muncă și societate, precum și amenințările existente la nivel micro și macroeconomic.
În rezultat au fost elaborate 10 planuri de ghidare în carieră în care masteranzii au indicat soluțiile de depășire a amenințărilor și riscurilor existente în creșterea și dezvoltarea lor profesională.

ReSTART: Career Guidance and Counseling Session #5 for Master Students of Economic Specialties
The Five Career Guidance and Counseling Session for Master Students of Business Administration and Financial Management Specialties was organized on the 13th of February 2020, within the RESTART Project (No. 585353-EPP-1-2017-1-RO-EPPKA2-CBHE-JP, Reinforce entrepreneurial and digital skills of students and teachers to enhance the modernization of higher education in MOLDOVA), hosted at the Faculty of Exact, Economic and Environmental Sciences of Alecu Russo Balti State University.
The session started with the presentation of Mrs. Ludmila Prociuc, Business Incubator Director Singerei and the local representative of the Organization for the Development of Small and Medium Business in the Republic of Moldova (ODIMM). The participants of the session were familiar with financing offers for the small and medium business in the Republic of Moldova, the business development opportunities for young entrepreneurs and the consultancy and financial support offered to business women.
During the session the Master students participated in the elaboration of personal career development plans, carried out the SWOT analysis of their skills and professional competences, indicated the possibilities for personal professional development offered by the local business, the labor market and the society, as well as the threats existing at micro and macroeconomic levels. As a result, 10 career guidance plans were developed in which the Master students indicated possible solutions for overcoming the existing threats and risks in business and professional development.
